All prices are delivered prices! No additional fees apply except a 7% sales tax.
U.S. orders must be received before 2:00 p.m. in the recipient's time zone to assure same-day delivery. Orders received after that time will be delivered the following day.
**It may be necessary to add a fee of $9.99 for specific timed delivery requests that require altering normal daily delivery scheduling.**
**An additional delivery charge may be necessary due to the location within the requested city.**
We are unable to make deliveries on Sundays (with the exception of selected major floral holidays). Deliveries requested on this day will be delivered the following business day.
Delivery of orders to rural route addresses or cemeteries may require additional information to complete the delivery.
A cancellation fee of $15.00 will be applied to all requests for cancellation of an order on or after its date of delivery. (This will not apply to requests made prior to the delivery date). An order that has been delivered may not be cancelled.
A $14.99 fee will be charged for any order that must be redelivered (following a first delivery attempt) due to incorrect recipient information provided by the sender.
Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary to create your bouquet due to the availability of certain flowers in various parts of the country. Care is taken to maintain the style, theme and color scheme of the arrangement, using flowers of equal value. Additionally, the substitution of certain keepsake items may be necessary due to increased demand, especially during major holidays. In single-flower arrangements, such as an all rose bouquet, or orchids, we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute with another color.
